We are actively looking for an experienced Digital Designer / UI & UX Specialist to help shape the future of our new products and services.

This new addition to the ReFlow team will play a critical role in elevating our offerings. The specialist will work directly under our CTO and will be integral in designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces and experiences. By doing so, we aim to make our climate assessment solutions even more intuitive, accessible, and impactful for our clients.
The Role and Its Significance
The key responsibilities of this exciting role include:
· Collaborating closely with stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences, thereby ensuring that our assessments are as straightforward and effective as possible.
· Designing process maps, wireframes, and mockups to guide development, which will allow us to rapidly iterate and improve our services.
· Employing Adobe XD to design digital experiences, aligning with both our brand identity and specific user requirements.
· Creating consultancy reports that maintain a high level of quality and consistency, making it easier for our clients to interpret and act upon our assessments.
Who We’re Looking for
We seek candidates with a strong background in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Human-Computer Interaction and at least 3 years of experience in the UI/UX field, preferably within the SaaS industry. At the same time, a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe XD, Canva, and Google Docs are essential.
